Puding Jagung Kastard 玉米糕|Custard Corn Pudding

材料:

            罐頭玉米 425克
            白砂糖 150克
            椰漿 250毫升
            卡士達粉 150克
            水 650毫升 
        
            Cream corn 425g
            Granulated sugar 150g
            Coconut milk 250ml
            Custard powder 150g
            Water 650ml

做法:

1. 將425克罐頭玉米,150克白砂糖,250毫升椰漿,150克卡士達粉,和650毫升水加入到鍋中。Place 425g of cream corn, 150g of granulated sugar, 250ml of coconut milk, 150g of custard powder, and 650ml of water into a cooking pan.


2. 小火不停攪拌約15分鐘至濃稠。Keep stirring for 15 minutes on low heat until thickened.


3. 倒入空盒子裡。Transfer to a container.


4. 用湯匙或蛋糕刮板將表面整平。冷藏至少2小時再食用。Flatten the surface using s spoon or a cake scraper. Chill in fridge for about 2 hours before serving.


5. 完成。Done.



Tips:

1. 不一定要冷藏但冷藏後口味更佳。Chill in fridge is not necessary but it tastes better when refrigerated.
