金瓜發糕Steamed Pumpkin Huat Kueh

材料:

            白砂糖 75克
            熱水 110毫升
            金瓜 75克
            普通麵粉 185克
            泡打粉 15克
            油 40毫升
        
            Granulated sugar 80g
            Hot water 110ml
            Pumpkin 75g
            Plain flour 185g
            Baking powder 15g
            Oil 40ml

做法:

1. 將80克白砂糖和110毫升熱水混合並攪拌至砂糖完成融化。Mix 80g of granulated sugar with 110ml of water and stir until sugar is well dissolved.


2. 將75克金瓜大火蒸15分鐘左右,用叉子把金瓜搗成泥。Steam 75g of pumpkin over high heat for around 15 minutes and mash it with fork.


3. 將糖水加入並混合均勻。Add in sugar syrup and mix it well.


4. 篩入185克普通麵粉,15克泡打粉。Sift in 185g of plain flour and 15g of baking powder.


5. 攪拌均勻。Mix it well.








6. 加入40毫升油並攪拌均勻。Add in 40ml of oil and mix until combined.


7. 分4小杯(90-100克一個)。Divide into 4 small cups (90-100g each).


8. 大火蒸20分鐘左右。Steam over high heat for around 20 minutes.


9. 完成。Done.
