煎麵粉糕Traditional Chinese Pancakes

材料:

            普通麵粉 150克
            白砂糖 40克
            蛋 一顆
            水 230毫升
        
            Plain flour 150g
            Granulated sugar 40g
            Egg 1
            Water 230ml
            
            3片
            3pcs

做法:

1. 將150克普通麵粉,40克白砂糖,一顆蛋,230毫升水混合均勻。Mix 150g of plain flour, 40g of granulated sugar, one whole egg and 230ml of water well.


2. 麵糊攪拌均勻至順滑。Stir the batter until no lumps.


3. 中小火用牛油煎。Fry with some butter over medium heat.


4. 將兩面煎至金黃色。完成。Fry until golden brown on both sides. Done.
