做法:
1. 加入120克低筋麵粉,半湯匙白砂糖,50毫升冷水,40克豬油到一個大盆中。Add in 120g of cake flour, 1/2tbsp of granulated sugar, 50ml of cold water, and 40g of pork lard into a big bowl.4. 加入45克低筋麵粉,50克糖粉,30克麥芽糖,30克豬油到一個大盆中。Add in 45g of cake flour, 50g of icing sugar, 30g of maltose, and 30g of pork lard into a big bowl.
