烤木薯糕 Baked Cassava Cake Kuih Ubi Kayu

材料:

            木薯茸 600克
            椰漿 180毫升
            白砂糖 140克
            無鹽奶油 50克
            木薯粉 2湯匙
            卡士達粉 1湯匙
             鹽 1/4茶匙
        
            Grated cassava 600g
            Coconut milk 180ml
            Granulated sugar 140g
            Unsalted butter 50g
            Tapioca flour 2tbsp
            Custard powder 1tbsp
            Salt 1/4tsp

做法:

1. 準備600克木薯(去皮洗淨)。將木薯刨成絲。Prepare 600g of cassava (peeled and washed). Grate it.


2. 輕擠出過多的水份。Gently squeeze out the juice

3. 將180毫升椰漿, 140克白砂糖, 50克無鹽奶油, 2湯匙木薯粉, 1湯匙卡士達粉, 1/4茶匙鹽加入到600克木薯茸裡。Add in 180ml of coconut milk, 140g of granulated sugar, 50g of unsalted butter, 2tbsp of tapioca flour, 1tbsp of custard powder, 1/4tsp of salt into 600g of grated cassava.

4. 將所有材料混合均勻倒入烤盤。Mix all ingredients well and pour it into a baking pan.

5. 190度(上下火)烤約50分鐘, 230度(上火)再烤約20分鐘。190 degree celsius (upper and lower heat) bake for 50 minutes and 230 degree celsius (upper heat) bake for another 20 minutes.

6. 完成。Done.
